Visit of Monique Riviere, the incoming SI/E President to Israel

Monique Riviere came on a short visit to Israel, also for the
celebration of Haifa Club's 50th anniversary.
At first Monique visited the Rehovot and Tajbe clubs.

On the eve of the anniversary celebration, Monique came to Haifa.
In the evening, clubsisters from the 3 Haifa Clubs came to the home
of Yehudith Yanai to welcome the SI/E incoming President.
Monique came together with the Israel Soroptimist President, Hava
Inbar.
During the day they had also visited the Tiv'on Club which is near
Haifa.
The clubsisters present introduced themselves, telling about their
occupations and voluntary activities. Then Monique told us about
herself and her fascinating history.
We spent about two hours together, in a marvellously warm atmosphere,
with tasty plentiful food and drinks, and parted until the
celebration next day.
